| Mike has close to two decades of experience in the manufacturing industry. Half of that time was
dedicated as the Environmental, Safety, Security, & Health Coordinator for a large printing
company in Indianapolis. He also gained valuable experience in production, continuous
improvement (lean, six sigma), maintenance, daily operations, workers' comp management and
other HR functions such as return to work and job description creation.
He joined RMS in July of 2003 as a safety consultant. Since joining RMS, Mike has been the
lead for many General Industry Safety Projects, assists with Safety Training , and specializes in
Workplace Musculoskeletal Disorders / Ergonomics. A majority of Mike's time is now spent on
the strategic growth & business development of RMS.
Mike attended Indiana University and double majored in Business and Sports Marketing. He is
also an active member with many local associations such as: ABC, ASSE, BAGI, HRACI, IFMA
as well as volunteers time to assist in coaching baseball & basketball for youth programs in
Wayne Township of Marion County. |
