RMS hasn’t stopped growing! We are thankful that during these last few months, RMS has not only been able to stay busy, we have also been able to expand. Please meet some of our most recent new employees.

Meet Gary! He is the most recent addition to our growing team of safety professionals. Gary brings over 18-years of management experience with him, with the last several spent managing safety on construction sites. Not only that but he has over 12-years of work experience in the wind energy field. That will come in handy since he was hired to be the HSE Lead on a windfarm project in Kansas. Welcome to the team Gary!
We are excited to announce JR as a new RMS team member. JR has a Bachelor’s Degree and over 5-years of construction safety management experience. JR is a dynamic and passionate individual that has a ton of potential, and we are excited to bring him on. He will be managing a project for us in Oklahoma. Two interesting notes about JR… he played college basketball and is now a competitive body builder.
Meet Phil! He is a new member of our team that has a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, 5-years of construction safety management experience, and a great attitude. Phil’s first assignment will be on a project in Oklahoma. One interesting note about Phil is that he served in the US Marine Corps as an Air Traffic Controller. Thanks for your service Phil, and welcome to the team!
We are continuing to expand our team of safety professionals as we grow in new markets. One of our recent additions is Tami. She joins us with a Construction Site Safety Technician certification and over 10-years of construction safety management experience. Tami’s first assignment will be helping an electrical contractor manage safety on a project in Texas.
Meet one of our newest team members! Enrique joins our team with 15-years of management experience, 6-years of construction safety management experience and a great attitude. His first assignment will be managing a roofing project in Lafayette, IN. An interesting note about Enrique is that he used to be a “Master Trainer” at LA Fitness.
Please say hello to Tommie! His first assignment with us will be to manage safety on a runway paving project at the Indianapolis International Airport. Tommie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, over 28-years of construction safety management experience, and served 4-years in the US Army. Do you need some help? Let us know! We have a lot of good quality people.
