A few weeks ago, RMS had the pleasure of working with the Ronald McDonald House for an afternoon. We decided to spend our time organizing their donations, and prepping casseroles in thier kitchen for future meals. Our team had such a wonderful time!
The Ronald McDonald House is an independent non profit organization that provides hospitality to over 5000 families with sick children. Their houses offer all of the comforts of home including restful places to sleep, spacious kitchens and dining rooms, play areas, a library, laundry facilities, and more. These children will spend days, weeks, possibly months at a time in the hospital. The Ronald McDonald House can alleviate some of this stress by providing low-to-no-cost lodging and support where these families can be near their hospitalized children. RMS was very inspired by the wonderful work and hospitality they provide for the community, so we decided to get involved!
