Our instructors are highly skilled presenters and our training facility includes a hands-on training area.

• SCHEDULED TRAINING. Classes that are open to the public and scheduled to take place at the RMS facility in Indianapolis.
• CUSTOMIZED TRAINING. Training that is tailored to fit a specific client and is conducted only for their employees at a location of their choice.
• SAFETY ORIENTATION. Instructor-led or narrated training modules designed to cover basic safety topics before new employees begin work.
We spend time learning about each client and discussing their interests so we can tailor our products to fit their exact operations.
•SAFETY MANUALS. Complete Safety Manuals that include all required forms and satisfy Avetta, CCS, ComplyWorks, OSHA, and more.
•SITE-SPECIFIC PLANS. Site-Specific Safety Plans written using input from our clients and designed to satisfy their customer’s requirements.
•EMPLOYEE HANDBOOKS. Pocket-sized professional-grade handbooks that summarize the core requirements of a company’s Safety Manual.
Our approach is to identify all risk that could result in loss or violation, recommend practical solutions, and provide detailed reports.
•PROGRAM AUDITS. High-level audits that are broad in scope and focused on the effectiveness and successful implementation of a Safety Program.
•SITE INSPECTIONS. Detailed inspections of specific sites focused on identifying unsafe conditions and at-risk behaviors.
•FOCUSED ASSESSMENTS. Assessments focused on specific topics, such as: Confined Space, Ergonomics, Industrial Hygiene, Lockout Tagout, Machine Guarding, and PPE.
Our staff includes previous OSHA employees, past “Board of Appeals” members, and experienced expert witnesses.
•OSHA INSPECTION DEFENSE. Onsite representation during an inspection, assistance preparing for an Informal Conference, or representation during an Informal Conference.
•EXPERT WITNESS. An experienced safety professional who can give credible testimony during court cases that involve work-related or personal injuries.
