We would like to showcase one of our more recent hires, Kristal. This week, she was awarded with the “Safety Champ” belt while on the job. This belt circulates through the employees, and is awarded to whomever the current recipient thinks deserves it! Kristal shared with us that the company cares deeply about mental health. We think this award is a great way to encourage that! Kristal has only been with RMS a few weeks and we are so proud of her!
