In case you are unaware, OSHA updated their requirements for submitting injury and illness records each year. Starting in 2024, every company who had 100 or more employees at any time the previous year ~ AND ~ who are in a “high hazard industry” (per OSHA) will be required to submit information found on their OSHA 301 Forms in addition to the standard information.

OSHA’s list of “high hazard industries” will soon be published as 29 CFR 1904 – Subpart E – Appendix B. Until it is published, you can find the list in the Federal Register (the link is provided here).
