Here’s another good catch by one of our team members. As our Safety Advisor approached this jobsite they noticed the trench box was elevated approximately 6’ above the bottom of the trench; a large vacuum excavator was set-up close to the trench which was causing vibration; and there was standing fluid at the bottom of the trench. The workers were instructed to exit the excavation immediately and our team member worked with the crew to educate them and make the situation safe. Another life potentially saved!!
