Recently, there was a change to Reporting Injuries and Illnesses. Effective October 2022, employers must now connect their Injury Tracking Account to a Login.gov account to submit their 2022 workplace injury and illness data next year. OSHA’s website offers three options for injury and illness data submissions. You can manually enter your data, upload a CSV file to add multiple establishments at the same time, or transmit data electronically via an API (application programming interface).
